He's faced way more batters. Stop just automatically assuming the worst

He's given up 19 runs in 19 innings in his last 4 outings. Quit bullying me. I'm entitled to my opinion.

Brewer is horrible. He has been for years. Why in the world is he on the team? DFA him NOW!

I'm sure Cora is listening to you, and will do exactly as you say

“I see him growing, had some hiccups but rebound and had some nice innings”

Some stupid s*** like that.

That's perfect. I can see him saying that.....

Nobody is bullying anybody. His stuff is just not there; that's no surprise. I was afraid this would happen at the start of the year. Too much risk and uncertainty coming back from his heart injury and COVID. All I'm saying is that when you face significantly more batters than your opponent, of course your pitch count will be higher. The extent of your analysis - looking only at pitch count - is very narrow. So many factors go into pitch count.

Interesting how many of the good hitters this year are just taking what the shift is giving them. "Gonna give me a big hole to hit through with runners on. Good...lets see how that works for ya'."

All of the good hitters... EXCEPT our good hitters

Thunder, E Rod blows and he’s getting worse. Not just looking at the numbers. Looking at his co from and mechanics. They are absolutely atrocious and like I said, it’s getting worse and worse. He should be on a short leash. He isn’t showing any signs of getting g better (in fact showing signs that he’s getting worse) you’re an optimistic guy which is cool. But if Sale returns in two months and the rotation is healthy, don’t be surprised if E Rod is sent down to the bullpen

Or little league with machines at the rate he’s going. He’s terrible and costing us games

Tampa now has a full 2 game lead.

I completely agree. Not sure how you got the impression that I didn't. I don't like where he's going. He's not healthy. Even if he were healthy, 2019 was a career year and I don't think he'll ever get back to that

Just throw this game away. One game. Just bounce back tomorrow. This is supposed to be a test this whole week for this team. Right now it’s not off to a promising start.

I thought all hope was lost when we got destroyed by the Jays in the first game of that series in Dunedin, but we came back strong that week. Hopefully it's more of the same this week

Oh I didn’t mean it like that. I just mean you’re optimistic with players and hoping he turns it around. I do too. I just wasn’t sure if you were hoping he could take the year. I for one want to see him in the pen when sale returns. Unless he changes it and fast.

I’m bringing the Maine mojo to tomorrow’s game.

Go Sox,

Enjoy it! Be glad you didn't go today. I always hate going the night after a loss. Gives me an uneasy feeling, especially in a visitor's ballpark

No ERod. We got a chance.

The 'Stros have been handing games away, left and right, recently. It's our turn, tomorrow.

Go Sox,

By all means do so.

This was just one game, one in which the Astros clearly had the better starter.

Yeah, Will Flemming was not kind to their bullpen on the radio broadcast today. One of the few worse than ours, I would imagine. Not to say ours is bad, but many perceive them to be that way
