There hasn't been many SOX games televised in my area, so I hope this one goes 20 innings to help make up for that.

 

True story. I once went to a Sox-Rangers game at the old Arlington Ballpark where Ted W. managed at one time. That game went 22 innings before the Sox won.

Dalbec is a AAA'er who's just not seasoned enough. I don't think, at this time, he should be in that group. Although, he may prove to be in that group later. I hope not.

I agree with you actually. BD is seeing what MLB pitching is all about and what he needs to work on in AAA next year. I don't think he'll be able to make a big move just over a winter unless he goes and plays somewhere that features near MLB pitching. More likely a late season call up in 2021

I forgot that new rule where a player is put on 2nd to start the inning in extra innings, so it's gonna be tough to go 20.

And I forgot RR had Yairo Munoz as a strike out candidate on the bench. He saw a real pitcher could take 3-0 and make 3 strikes out of it

X-man, Devers and Verdugo are a very good core of players to build a team around. My one thought would be is to start grooming Devers as a 1st baseman.

As fun as it was to watch Teddy Ballgame at the plate, it was just as much fun to listen to him when he talked about baseball or anything else. So many great players were complete bores off the field, but not Mr. Williams.

Giving up less than 10 runs has to be some sign of improvement in the SOX pitching. Perez pitched very well again tonight, so that s/b mentioned.

I don’t want to lose JBJ I’d like to offer him 3 years 24 .I think JBJ is the best Defensive CF we could ask for .i do want to upgrade LF and Trade Benny this winter .

This could get our 22 game win streak kick started.
