Yes, it did. Still feels that way. Cora has burned up 3 of his "better" BP guys.

Bats have been shut down for the most part the last two games. Disappointing if we lose two in a row to the friggin Jays. Especially with a series against Houston coming up.

Seriously though. Did DD really believe that this BP going into the season was PO capable? The 3 best relievers on this team each gave up a run. And when I say best relievers on this team, that isn't saying much either.

I think there was probably a belief that the hitting would carry them well enough to the trade deadline point where they could make moves if needed. The hitters aren't doing it consistently.

I'm not going to rip on Walden. He's been exemplary most of the season. Half of this s*** BP are nothing more than passengers.
