Sale probably have 2 more inning in him.

No he is only good for 100 pitches. The 7th inning ate him up, leaving two on (walks) and no outs. Ace ??? Pitching vs the O's will be different than the Mariners.

That is something a true baseball fan hates to see.

I remember hurting my knee before the beginning of a summer and thinking how I may have just wrecked my summer.

If you're a pitcher at this level and that happens, imagine the thoughts going through your head when that happens. Forget the summer, that may be career and life changing....

Geez you took the post right off my keyboard. That hurt just watching it. Seeing a pitchers whole body seem to snap back like that you know there is something going on in there that a little ice is not going to cure.

I think that was the most amazing thing about Nolan Ryan. To throw as hard and as long as he did w/o ever suffering a major arm issue.

Funny, the M's have been a better team since being Canoless.

Baseball is a funny game. A bunch of individual talents that make up a team of players. Sometimes knowing you have to make up for a great player can really turn a team around. Cano is so darned talented and he makes everything look so easy even when he shoudn't. I have always wondered about that. His throws are a good example. He throws looking like he is making plays from a hammock. I would bet real money that some excellent ballplayers would try that and throw it right into the grandstands...not even the box seats.

We may not have won as many WS's as we wanted, but we sure haven't been cheated out of seeing some excellent hitters over the years. Betts and Beni will both carry on that tradition for years to come.

Justin Haley in 2016, posted a 2.64 ERA in 130.1 innings split between Portland and Pawtucket before becoming Rule 5-eligible after the season. Now, he's back with us.

I am interested in seeing the M's v Sox.

You might be interersted in seeing the M's vs the Sox but maybe not so much the level of competition they will bring. Nelson Cruz is on a real tear and the Sox usually have some tired eyes and legs out west. These next 4 games may not be real pretty. Need to get 2 of them in the win column.

Anyone of you on MLB.TV internet streaming? I guess the company Merk paid for the commercials for Keytruda to just run over and over again. Picture every commercial break, every commercial for the last two or three days a commercial about Keytruda for 10 seconds, then 30 seconds of all the side effects of Keytruda...... over and over and over and over and over and over and over again...........

I hate MLB.TV

Bring it. Let's see some good ball.

It's still better than ESPN.

Let's see Betts and Beni, throw in the new guy JDM for fun, and them match up Lynn, Yaz, Williams, Rice, Ortiz, Jensen, Petrocelli, Mo Vaughn, Runnels, and a few others like Fisk and Conigliaro. Yes, we have seen some great hitters. Betts and Beni can only hope they play as long as some of these gys.

We are gonna' lose some ballgames. Would rather be watching a team that is going to lose a few than a team that can't win any. These poor O's have been stuck on 19 wins for I think two series now. Just can't get to 20 wins against something like 8,000 losses. I hate to see us play poorly. Poor play or lack of focus bothers me. Losing games don't bother me that much any longer as long as we are playing decent ball. Seen too many. Besides, does not take much to get to 90 wins any longer sorry to say. The trick is getting from 90 to 100 and then winning in the post season.
