He's best when he doesn't have time to think about making a play and he only has time to just react.

At the same time Devers has improved defensively, he's declined offensively. Hopefully, that will change.

So much for Pedroia actually being fully back huh ...guys had along damn time to heal .Time to move on from Pedroia and Brock .

Holt has been good enough.

Move on from Brock? Lol what, he's been great this year. I swear some of you guys will eventually want Mookie, JD, and Kimbrel "gone". I know its hard to believe but we can't DFA everyone.

How much longer we giving Poms :( he can’t seem to put it together. Has glimpses. But that’s it.

Tonight really wasn't that bad; far better than recent outings. Correa hit the snot out of it but it isn't the first time he's done that and it won't be the last. The two runs in the 4th had a huge element of bad Sox luck or good Houston fortune in them.

Honestly comments like those I just ignore. Half the board wanted Kimbrel gone after his playoff performance against the World Series champs. Sometimes things are said that blow my mind.

Fair point. We are playing a red hot offense.

This won't be a popular opinion. But if I had to guess, I would guess they are going to stick with Pom a bit longer. Somebody in that dugout challenged him to go back to his stock sequence and he did that, with limited success but he did it, showing the best FB he has shown in weeks. So my guess, having stuck with him this long and based on this performance he will get another start.

It's really just two nattering nabobs of negativism who simply aren't happy unless they aren't happy.

pomeranz allowed 8 base runners, 4 runs, including a homer in only 5 innings and this is being viewed as "improvements". this guy is complete toast out there. he has no confidence, he falls behind batters. velocity is down, control is in the shitter. we have two guys in Velazquez and wright who are clearly better and deserve a chance.

also for people saying leon sucks and want swihart, what the hell has swihart done to prove hes better than leon? hes trash

Who do you want to keep on this team?

That's easy; Swihart will play all nine positions, like in that Bugs Bunny cartoon. They can DFA everyone else.
