The way we have been swinging the bat, I'm actually more worried about our ability to keep the O's from scoring more runs than us scoring enough to tie it up. Let's abuse the increased roster by using enough pitchers to hold them off.

Espevilly with the Jays losing again. A picure perfect scenario if we can get another win tonight. We knew Baltimore wouldnt be easy though. They are fighting for their playoff lives right now

They've had a runner on 2nd with no one out twice and haven't scored. Also wasted a bases loaded opportunity. Sox could easily have a tied game or even have lead right now, which is frustrating.

For a team that looked to be catching-rich at the beginning of the season AND found a gem in Leon this team sure has a couple of weak links at backup catchers now.

don't worry guys, i'm sure some people will in here and give a good excuse as to why hanigan batted. i'm sure hanigan hit likes .278 with runners on first in the 6th inning on later and has a 3.58 catcher ERA in the 7th inning when Matt Barnes is pitching, so he needed to hit there. Plus we only have 4 catchers on the roster, gotta rest them.
