What a lousy series thus far. No urgency. Bring out the brooms tomorrow?

What does "urgency" even mean? It's not urgency. It's idiocy.

Dominance. Yankees win, thahaaaaaaaaaa Yankees win!!!

You do realize you're just talking to yourself? Is this how you get your daily socialization? Hanging out on rival message boards? How does it feel knowing no one gives a s*** about what your team does during the course of the game? Are you so obnoxious that even Yankee fans don't want you around? How sad. If winning one game makes you feel better in a season where you won't win jack, then more power to you.

I'm trying to be patient with this team, it's may, and that fuse is shorter by the minute.[/QUOT

I think you're starting to get it Stat......our pitching stinks, our manager stinks more and our offense is vastly overrated because we seem to choke big time when the chips are down. I also wonder about the chemistry on this team. The unity of 2013 is certainly not with this outfit and the manager is about as bad as a manager can be. He belongs in the front office where he worked for Cleveland when they wouldn't put him on the field----he does not belong in the dugout. Losing two in a row to the Yankees by close scores at HOME when we are supposed to have a much stronger OFFENSE tells me this is a pretty s***** team right now and maybe into the forseeable future. As I said to some of my friends on other threads I'm leaving this board for a month but if we are as s***** then as we are right now those of us who don't bend over and kiss the FOs ass should declare open season on the team and the hierarchy.

It IS urgency. This was the series where we were going to start making a real move against our bitterest rivals right on our home field and instead HAVE TAKEN A COLOSSAL s*** ALL OVER THE FIELD LIKE THE f***ING LOSERS WE'VE BECOME SINCE THE SIXTH GAME OF THE 2013 WS. We can't hit in the clutch and when we hit the pitching stinks, when we do get pitching the batter gag on their f***ing Adam's Apples. We will be in last place in a week and this board will be on flame by the middle of June. See all of you then.

I'd rather be him right now than You or even me. At least he's happy----and if you're not both disappointed and pissed off check the color of the hat you're wearing.

Just finished doing a game as an umpire. Slightly disappointed to see the loss, but it is safe to say that Miley loves Thunder mojo.

Urgency is made up ********. Lack of execution is not urgency, it's lack of execution. Anyways, nice to see you couldn't wait even a month before you turned back into whinus maximus. Chill the f*** out.

The bottom of the 9th was one of the most well pitched innings I've ever seen. Insane curveball. Yankees might have the best pitcher in baseball.

I agree. He's filthy, and also happens to be on my fantasy team. I'm loving it right now, despite the fact of the Sox loss.

You take that back.

You take that back.

Go easy on him, he is still innocent to the ways of the world. Also, f*** the Yankees.

And f*** his .500 mojo, no different than mine.

Well, then. That was a bit of a typo on my part. I meant to say "I'm loving it right now, but the fact of the loss brought me down a bit."

Okay, take it how you want. It doesn't bother me. There's Yankee influence in my life. If you've noticed, I've never really used strong language to describe them one way or another. I'm too young to remember the glory days of the Rivalry, in '03 and '04, and so forth. I mean, I hate the Yankees, of course, but because of my age, I don't know from experience why I'm supposed to hate them.

Of course, you do remember my tales of Jeter being a big inspiration to my style of play until I became a full time outfielder, at which point I turned to Jacoby (still on the Sox at that point).

I think I now understand why some species eat their young........
