Alright whatever. Someone's gotta start this thread. Last night was as embarrassing and sloppy as it gets.

 

But tonight, we finally field our whole team. Tonight it changes.

 

Tonight, we start a winning streak, and a long streak in which we win 22 of our next 28 games.

 

Get on my back boys, I'm carrying this team to 1st place.

I have two of them. That is an incredibly difficult question with an incredibly long answer, but I can be long winded.

 

Expect seeing the woman you love transform into the most amazing creature on earth. Expect seeing her belly grow with your child, a part of you inside there. Expect to go through nights where she thinks the baby is coming, and it isn't. Expect that when it does come, that it will be the most amazing and terrifying experience you could ever imagine. Expect seeing the woman you love in excruciating pain. Expect your child to come out looking like an alien, but loving them more than your life itself. Expect nights with absolutely no sleep, like none, zero, no minutes, hours or seconds. Expect diapers filled with strange goo for the first few weeks and wondering how an earthling could actually expel such nasty stuff. Expect to see your kiddo go from a lump of baby to a person in a short period of time. Expect to see some of your flaws in them, and see how beautiful they can be from a parent's eyes. Expect your family to be over a LOT more than before and also expect to go from wanting privacy from them to wanting them around every minute. Expect fights with your wife and expect a significant work life balance issue early on. That's about it for now.

She's already 100% getting one. She's a CRNA (nurse anesthetist), so she is very familiar with all of the anesthesia stuff.

What is up with JBJ starting over Grady Sizemore the past two nights? I like him in center better than JBJ. Is Grady's struggles at the plate putting him on the bench or is he hurt?

I still say we need a trade for an outfield bat.

JBJ a much better center fielder than Sizemore, particularly defensively. Both have been hitting almost identically (JBJ wRC+ 70, Sizemore 67). Sox have come out and said they see Grady as a corner OF, which means he's a platoon partner w Gomes a la Nava 2013 now.

 

Agree we need to trade for an outfielder, but I'll wait until June (or at least Memorial Day) to get on my trade for Giancarlo Stanton horse (spoiler alert, Betts Cecchini Swihart and Barnes should get it close)
