Anyone get ALDS tickets today? I went on today, but f***ing redsox.com is a piece of garbage and the website kept giving error messages.

 

I couldn't get some either.

Stubhub has a bunch but prices start at 90 for standing room

This has sure been a suck s*** game. Sox usual biggest problem...how do they get the ball to Ueh without being eaten alive if the starter only goes 6.

Really has fizzled the closer he got to the end of games. Sitting on the shelf for seven days probably did not help him any either. However he was headed the wrong way before the seven day sit.

 

Sox are likely going to end up putting a real load on Demps shoulders coming out of the pen post season. Not sure where else they can go.

Ok, I actually really want this first seed. In recent years, the Tigers have been one of the teams you most don't want to face in the playoffs. Last year, they beat Jonny Gomes and the A's in the ALDS, not even caring how magical the A's were with their MLB-leading amount of walk-off wins. Let's get the first seed so we can avoid the Tigers, see an ALDS rematch between the Tigers and A's, and visit Terry Francona and Cleveland's empty seats in the playoffs.

Yeah I got tickets to Friday's game (Game 1) and I believe my wife got me tickets to Game 2 for my birthday, but I think she got game 2 tickets on stubhub and paid a premium for some really good seats (like 3-4 rows back from the on deck circle).

Yeah not looking good. Kind of a bummer, I thought he'd be a key piece of the pen.

 

Two things that are going to bite this team in the ass this post season.

 

1. No power pitcher in the bullpen who can come up with a big K in a big situation.

 

2. Buchholz is going to throw away a pick off attempt at 1B and allow a run at some point this post season. He's so obsessed
