Shifts are so overused and generally ineffective. I hope that we stop using them, especially in the playoffs.

Napoli is really hot. Good time to get hot. He's killing the Yanks this season.

Is it just me or does Napoli pop up on a lot of pretty decent teams? The Sox this year, the Rangers, and of course he was an Angel for a while.

Still baffled why management was so quick to get rid of the idiots thing so soon after 2004. Only appropriate that our newfound success this year basically features a spinoff of the idiots thing.
They wanted to go clean-cut, corporate and bland. They stripped the team of its personality to a large extent.

Bronx Bombers getting a new meaning against us. Charlie Sheen didnt "bomb" this bad on his world tour.

 

Being able to treat a Yankees series as if we're playing the mid 2000's Devil Rays has been one of my favorite things about this season.

Too funny, Sox are the hottest team in mlb, one of the greatest team turn-arounds ever, on the verge of sweeping the tanks as an explanation mark on dominating them all year... and the announcers want to talk about the genius of Joey G.

That is really great. I've not been a die hard baseball fan all that long.... but pretty sure I will remember this season till I hit the grave. It has been so fun.
