I was going to name myself after a player, but figured it would be pointless after he left the Sox. So I went with Thunder.

Every time I see John Lackey I think of Secretariat. Him and Teixeira consistently make the finals for the most "horse faced" MLB players.

If he knocked up Sarah Jessica Parker their kid would be hideous, but likely win the Kentucky Derby two or three years in a row.

Maybe even the Triple Crown... Could be the first person to ever win Triple Crown's in horse racing and baseball.

The offspring would probably be all kinds of autistic. And not the fun "let's go count cards with Tom Cruise in Vegas" kind of autistic either.

It really depends. Some players are safe to have a username after, like Pedroia or Ortiz. Even if they leave Boston, they are two guys who will always be loved by Sox fans.

Thunder fits me for a lot of reasons, so it didn't matter much.

With the help of his big loopy curveball and more efficient pitching this game, Dubront's era is now under 4! Who would thunk that Lackey and Doubront would have been leading this rotation with bucholz out?

Seems to me that the way to beat this M's team is to get up on them early. They seem to fold their tent without much prompting.

another amazing fact: doubront has only let up more than 3 er's a start only twice this season and hasnt done so since may 8th.

And that is what I mean...pretty sloppy...thoughtless play there by the M's as they snore through the second half of this game.
