It's nice to get a win. I decided to get some sleep after Salty air mailed a throw into CF. It's good to see that Lavarnway hit one out. Was it a nice shot? Also Iglesias finally got a hit. Maybe they can build on this. Lester is still pitching like pre-May 2008 Lester. He's continues not to impress.

I laugh that some of you will ooh and ahh over a guy who will have an excellent chance of never suiting up for the Red Sox. There is no silver lining to sucking in Baseball.

At that point in the draft, the chances of the player turning into a quality piece is very high. It is roughly a 50/50 chance, which seems to be better odds than of the Red Sox signing an expensive player to a long term contract and them turning into a quality piece.
