It's 45 games into the season. Not even. Come on, shut your ass. *Jokingly*

Youk isn't performing the way we want him to perform as well.

agreed. i am getting a lil impatient with Agon, hoping he turns it around.. we really need him with some bombs or even key doubles with runners on and not a weak flyout to get an RBI..

The Red Sox haven't won 90 games yet either. Come on guys. Really. REALLY!

I'm taking solace in the fact that he's outperforming Pujols and Teixeira.

But seriously, I'm not worried about Gonzalez. He'll be fine.

he was likely playing injured when he was playing before he went to DL. this is the Youk we know.. the way he is playing the last 2 games. i bet everybody has some off days. and its only 2 days for Youk being in the lineup.. but he is making the pitchers work for his out again

Yeah, and once his power comes back, he will start getting more walks when they pitch around him, his OBP goes up, suddenly he's a .900 OPS hitter again.

This is just the ups and downs of baseball bro. Salty is like, pretty much our best hitter right now in terms of OPS, if not THE best on the team, too lazy to check my stats. That's not going to last.

Pujols is adjusting to AL.. and Tex is likely recuperating with that respitory condition so you never know if he is playing slightly hurt too.

Agon has nothing to complain about. so i am a little concerned.. forget the HRs. he is unable to get a key hit with runners on.. maybe he needs to bat leadoff seriously..

Well, that sure worked out.

Padilla for the 8th, Aceves for the 9th? Won't that be his fourth game in a row?

i sure hope Aceves isnt burned out today..cuz i see another 4 or 5 out inning coming out of him.. BV is really overusing the bullpen but i think he doesnt have a choice.

Ortiz, Nava, and Middlebrooks, at least, are higher than Salty

Yeah man, that's a great idea. Pitch it to Bobby V.

BV knows that his starters can only go 6 innings max. He has decided that each reliever has their role to stretch them out over several days to cover up for a rotation who doesn't go deep into games.
