He's a good player manager who manages for the long haul. In the playoffs, he manages a lot different.

Aceves, for us at least, was worse as a starter, so he was kept in the swing role. His OPSa as a reliever was .609 with us, against a .726 as a starter. Granted, that's only 5 starts
