I'm sick and tired of Wakefield's s***. It's time for him to retire. He had a great run for the first bit of the season, but his time is over. He's too old and his lack of conditioning is is catching up with him.

Dan f***ing 5.52 ERA Wheeler is coming in.

He's been very good since coming off of the DL, save for the 2-run shot against Tampa the other night. I'm not worried about him coming in.

If it makes you guys feel any better the Yankees are losing and assuming we lose this game nothing would happen.

most retarded way to look at it, we should pick up a game on the yankees when they lose and we face a terrible team. if we play to just stay 1 1/2 games up weare f***ed

People, chill out. It's 1 run against the Orioles who, if I remember correctly, don't have anything resembling an effective pitcher on their staff.

Just looked it up, that's the 10th time this season Francona has left the starter in long enough to give up 7+ runs.

I don't think we can blame Tito too much for leaving Tim in there. He went through a lot of pitchers last night and had to try and get as much out of Wake as he could. Plus' date=' it's the O's, is anyone actually thinking that we're gonna lose to these f***s?[/quote']

It's just common sense. You don't manage every game like it's the playoffs.

Don't blame the SP's though.

Say that just oneeeeee more time. I need to make sure it isn't what I thought you said. I hope you meant he isn't a good starter because Aceves is a f***ing boss.

Aceves has an ERA over 5 as a starter this year.

That's ridiculous. No excuses for that. None. I just don't get him at all. He refuses to go to the pen early, yet when a pitcher is cruise and pitching a gem, he pulls them after 7IP at a 90 pitch count.

And now we get to watch drew strike out looking again. Pathetic.

I understand why Francona does it, he's managing for the long haul. It's still annoying though.
