When do you like seeing Scutaro in the line-up?

 

At this point in their careers I think he gives you a better at bat vs a RHP. Lowrie obviously has the higher upside and most likely will take the job over at some point this year but there are many times where you can tell a pitcher has read the scouting report on Lowrie and attacks his weaknesses leading to a ton of K's vs righties.

last year lackey had the best runs per outing in league and already this year we continue to put up big numbers when he takes the bump.

 

When Lester goes we tend to not get as much production probably due to hitters realize they can relax a little or his match ups with aces maybe.

Lowrie isn't exactly an iron man and I have no problem with the current rotation for the SS position. This team isn't struggling this bad because of the SS position, the pitching needs to step it up.
