Saito will be 41 this season. His age is definitely an issue, but so far it hasn't caught up to him at all.

Yeah, it's happened occasionally when JE's been out for a while. It was either that or hold up the draft for a really long time. Sometimes JE tells Dipre his pick (via phone) and Dipre relays that pick to me via facebook, so often it's still JE's pick anyway.

Not a big fan of that, quite frankly. I nearly traded Colby Lewis for Carlos Santana. Jackson was my fallback pitcher had that deal gone down. I nixed the trade proposal once Jackson was off the board.

I'm pleased that I got Hardy. I now have a good to excellent fielder at all eight positions on the field. I'm still looking for that middle of the order bat, so if anyone is interested in giving up some offense to acquire some pitching, let me know.

Thanks for the offer but Willingham isn't a great fit for me. He can't really play in my outfield, and he doesn't represent an upgrade over Swisher at DH.

An improvement anywhere else. Pagan could be interesting, if you're willing to let him go. Otherwise, a 2 for 2 offer where I don't end up with holes to fill in my lineup or rotation (aside from DH).
