From the weather forecast I peeked at' date=' not great.[/quote']

I would be shocked if they didn't play tonight. There might be a delay or two, but I'm betting they get the game in.

Tomorrow is a different story.

Agreed, I think they try really hard to get tonight in.

The Yankees are going with the normal lineup tonight.

Jeter 6

Damon 7

Teixeira 3

Rodriguez 5

Matsui DH

Posada 2

Cano 4

Swisher 9

Cabrera 8

Judging by the series against the Red Sox, the Angels seem to have a set lineup against RHPs and a set lineup against LHPs. If they stick with that, I expect their lineup to be...

Figgins 5

Abreu 9

Hunter 8

Guerrero DH

Rivera 7

Morales 3

Kendrick 4

Mathis 2

Aybar 6

I would expect an official Angels' lineup to be announced shortly.

Four pitches into the Jeter AB and we've got a high sheen applied by Buck and McCarver.

i would rather have buck martinez then these two dumbasses

the choice is between Chip Caray and Buck/McCarver. Kinda like a noose and death by drowning

9 times out of 10, the type of hit balls in that inning result in 0 runs. Hell, realistically, Lackey should be through 1 2/3 IP.

Strange inning. They only hit one ball well, and got one huge break, so they're lucky to score two runs. But, at the same time, Lackey gave every single hitter good pitches to hit, and the Yankees just kept missing them. Definitely could have been less, but it also could have been more.

I would love to see the change up more the second time through the order. By my count he only has thrown two of them, both resulting in swings and misses.

You would have to admit that he gave the Yankees' hitters a lot of hittable pitches in the first. Based on how they did, he should not have given up any runs, but he was not sharp.
