sorry for the delay guys, I was driving all day from Cape Cod to Montreal. I like to keep this thing moving as much as anyone but I had no chance at it today

 

anyway, I took Bowden. I know he's not projected to be a top of the rotation guy but his dominance of Triple A should make him a safe bet to be a serviceable ML starter today if needed and I needed a ML ready guy with Litsch going down for TJ

There's no real reward or objective, its just a fun exercise to produce good discussion.

 

Its actually paid off for my knowledge of the minors quite a bit, as I've been doing a lot of research and lurking on baseballamerica and like sites.

Picked Cody Ross.

 

I needed a lefty OF who could put up numbers from the bench, and since he can play all 3 OF positions, and has solid power and speed, i picked him despite his being OBP-challenged.

 

He is only my 4th OF after all.

 

I'm sorry about the delay, but these last few rounds are of the utmost importance, and i wanted a not-too-old lefty OF bat for my bench who i could slide in my lineup and could deliver some pop and above average defense.
