OK, next question from someone who isn't watching the game. So there's a brawl early in the game, punches are thrown, etc., etc. Later Lester hits both Crawford and Iwamura but doesn't get the heave-ho. Was there no warning from the umps after the brawl? Did Lester have a couple "get out of ejection free" cards?

Crawford's was unintentional I think was the main thing. It was a curveball that barely hit him. The other one to Iwamura was a 3-2 cound and barely nicked his arm. They weren't intentional.

I just saw the post game interview this morning when I woke up on ESPN.

 

TOO f***ing funny. Coco's got respect now. Sweeping Tampa Bay for the lead was great. But Coco being badass was gravy.

I give Crisp credit for recognizing that Shields threw at his thigh...that's professional. The rest was hilarious.

 

As for Manny vs. Youk, did this perhaps take place after Manny tweaked his hammy? Maybe Manny was opting out of the remainder of the game and Youk called him on it? Just a theory.
