Hmm...

Sal Fasano is up there, I met him in 2006 ST. The obvious Red Sox choices, Manny, Ortiz, Papelbon, Varitek, etc. On other teams, I like Carl Crawford, CC Sabathia, Miguel Cabrera, plenty of others.

Non Sox: Jeff Franceour, Brian Mccan, Mo, i dont really mind Jeter at all in a non Sox game,

David Wright, Josh Johnson, D-Train, Justin Morneau

Josh Beckett.

Despite his crappiness at times last year he is a gamer and cocky and has one of the best arms in the world. He was also very good against the Yankees in 03.

:harhar:

Otherwise Pedro Martinez in his prime was easily my favorite baseball player of all time (it's hard not to like him, even now with the Mets). He was so cocky and so good... he just backed it up and pitched like a textbook pitcher would.

I'm only going to list non-Yankees.

Lance Berkman, Scott Kazmir, Johann Santana, Rich Harden, Mark Kotsay, Ryan Howard

I also do like Ortiz (when the Sox are 10 games out) and I have a strong feeling it's going to be impossible for me to root against Matsuzaka.

All the obvious Red Sox choices, such as my user name, but I want to name my non-Sox favorites.

Pedro Martinez and Nomar Garciaparra are probably my two favorite players ever, even though they left.

I try and tune into watch Carlos Zambrano's starts everytime they are on WGN or ESPN because he is the most exciting pitcher since Pedro.

I love Huston Street, closer for tha A's, just the way he gets guys out.

I like Marcus Giles, Mark DeRosa and Wes Helms among current big leaguers because I watched them when they were minor leaguers in Richmond.

I root for local guys from Virginia like Justin Verlander, Sean Marshall (whose brother was released by the Sox), David Wright, Brandon Inge and Sean Casey.

Retired favorites include Otis "the old man" Nixon who had a stint with the Sox in 1994, but played mostly with the Braves and Twins, Rich Garces, as well as BJ Surhoff.

Manny Ramirez has played in every Major League Baseball game I have ever been to.

Well here r my picks...

I love watching any Sox player current or old...

Others would consist of... pretty much the whole Braves team and some 'Stros players, Carl Crawford(he stole home last year, common... the problem i have with that is that it was against the Sox), David Wright, Jose Reyes, Vernon Wells, Hanley Ramirez, Ryan Howard, John Maine, Grady Sizemore, John Garland, Edmonds, Pujols, Griffey Jr., Micheal Young, Marcus Giles, and the list goes on...

so pretty much, I just love baseball.

Manny,Pedro,Ortiz where awesome to watch.

Paps and Beckett are my Favorite pitchers to watch on the sox.(Bard is the one Minor leaguer I can't wait to see).

Guys I like to watch Pitch: Burnett,Zambrano,Santanna,Liriano,Pettite(even when on the NYY, I like watching him pitch, unless against the Sox),Smoltz,D-Train

Everyday players: Reyes( that boy was fast as lightning), Ichiro,Griffey(Seattle career),Pujols,Ryan Howard( i'm really hoping this guy is the real deal and is doing everything fairly, and hope he beats Bonds record so we can forget about Bonds). Thats good for now.
