one thing I do agree with is that we should trade for Saltalamacchia (yes, did that without looking at the correct spelling, hope its right lol)... Im not sure about Kottaras and Saltalamacchia is hitting pretty good, i think, well he's a hell of a lot better than Mirabelli, and the Braves pretty much need to trade him with a star catcher [McCann] who is younger than he is (i think)... also, trade Pineiro I don't see him as being a great part of this team, he's not reliable... that's it... wait for Ellsbury, trade Coco, Drew will come around and Lugo should be a lot better, the bats come out in the summer, happens every year... -
also, Lugo has most of our team steals, and it's nice to see a red sox steal, haven't seen it in a while...

I think Pedroia can bring some pop along the line, he already has the big swing and it's compact... has anyone else noticed that the non-big name player have been our best players... Youk(23 games HS, .350AVG), Lowell(.333AVG, Team High 11HR & 45 RBIs, Pedroia .336AVG, has just been on fire)... I'd say the sox have one of the best all around lineups in the AL... other than Coco and Lugo, everyone else is doing great well Ortiz is in a slump and Drew's injured, maybe Wily Mo can pick him up

O ok so cheating is no big deal, ok, so Bonds and Giambi shouldn't even be looked at for taking roids and I guess guys should cork there bats noww too... I mean it's not big deal right?

If theres gonna be changes in the lineup it should be Lowell and Pedroia up a spot or two... Coco bat 9th and Drew 6th...

ARod is just ruining himself... he could be one of the best players of all time but he plays dirtier while not winning rather than changing his game or making adjustment to better himself... and to think he was one of my favorites back in the day...

he voted 3 times and wrote in Youk all 3 times... I voted Ortiz a while ago... but I'd love to see Youk on there he deserves it so far...

I saw some of the game right before Buchholz got taken out, he threw a curve ball for strike 3 and didn't even look, he just knew it was strike 3, especially since the batter just turned and walked away...

That would be awesome, Griffey Jr.'s one of my favorites all time, and I'd love to have him... but don't over spend of course... I think he'd be a good influence to Ellsbury... :dunno:

It sucks I have to work tonight, hopefully it will be another great BOS/NY game and will go 4 hours and I can caught the last half of it... I say, if you're gonna hit ARod, either do it during his first at bat or his last...

I was a big fan of A-Rod's before he was a Yankees and everyone knows how it goes with a yankee, well atleast Red Sox fans know... but in past years, I've been see more cheap shots A-Rod takes (EX: Slap to Arroyo, Elbow to Pedroia, there's more but those I know) I wouldn't want a player like that... Love him when he's good, hate him when he's bad... He's not a team player and he (IMO) doesn't do anything with team chemistry... I think team chemistry is one of the most important things you can have in a team... A-Rod is a star, he should go somewhere other than NY and Boston and play SS again... Go to the Cubs and back with Pinella... -
I like our lineup as is now... [R] Lugo [R] Youk [L] Ortiz [R] Manny [L] Drew [R] Lowell Tek Coco [R] Pedroia I like Lugo leading off because he's been there before, I know he may not be on base 100% of the time but he can run and takes some pitch if I'm not mistaking... Youk is in the perfect spot for him, gets on base, can hit and take pitches w/ the best of them... Drew in the 5 hole is great when he's playing how he's suppose to but right now he's in the gutter... Lowell is hot right now if you were going to move him put him 5... I like Coco lower in the order because he can run more frequently, drop down a bunt also... Pedroia is in the perfect spot for a young rising star such as himself, no pressure, also he has a big swing so when he gets a hold of one it can leave the yard... It's a well balanced lineup, speed at the top/bottom, of course you better guys are at the top but they have some guys in the lower part of the order who can hit too...

The gayest thing in that video was that the whole section knew the song... what do they rehearse before the game?... That's pretty low in my book... I remember this year when I went to a Sox/Yanks game in NY... it was pretty bad... there had to be at least 20+ fights (that I could see)... and I got a beer thrown at me but I was sitting down and it flew over my head and hit a baby in the face... it was terrible...

I agree with giving WMP more ABs, but he is a horror show in the field... Coco hasn't been all that bad lately... off to a slow start of the season but he's starting to hit a little... and it's good he can steal at the bottom of the order now... I can't wait for Jacoby to be brought up but by no means do I want him to be rushed... when he gets comfortable with AAA and starts dominating like he did in AA, then I say give him the call... maybe around August... give him a chance in the field and plate... if he does good... trade Coco this offseason... if not, you always have the insurance of Coco coming back next year... or signing Hunter/Jones/etc... (pending on they don't re-sign)...

O man I have Ponson on my fantasy team, there goes the season... haha ya right I'm joking... Good pick up for Florida and the Twins, I think nothing is better than a lose every outing...

The only reason I don't want Beckett to miss his next start (Friday)... is because I'm going to that game, I don't wanna see Hansack pitch against the Braves, I can see him pitch 5 minutes down the street damn it... unless they go with a highly undoubtly 4-man rotation and I get to see Dice-k pitch ...

Good for Kruk, I like the way he steps up, I hope what he said about the Guardians and Clemens was from him and not a script... I mean I know they change or modify whatever those guys are gonna say but I'd rather them just speak there minds, I mean they were baseball players once, they know how it is, we're fans we can see that Milwaukee is dominating and Yankees has injuries and suck so how are they going to lead after June, and how are the Pirates going to have the best month or whatever... Baseball Tonight is a great show, love the highlights, discussions and everything thing else from "Web Gems" to "That's Nasty"... but don't make them reading from a ******** script and say something stupid like the Royals are gonna win the Pennant or something...
