I keep saying it, because until I see him underperforming, it's a bad move by the FO. They were banking on him getting old. I think that is ridiculous, so I am mocking that ridiculous position. It's curious that posters on this board take it personally?

I don't take it personal, I just find it a little odd. Not that you are interested in fairness, but wouldn't it be just to let this play out and see what's what at the end of those 4 years before dislocating your shoulder patting yourself on the back? I mean, it's kind of like SFiT who pronounces the Yankees "done" after every crushing loss in April. It's a long season, and it's another 3 years until we can fairly judge that decision, IMO.

Johnson sucks, Snyder gets relegated to the pen and used last night. Now Tavarez is warming. I don’t have a good feeling about this game.

False hope about the offense last night. Now they are getting stymied by Kris Benson. Wake up bats, the arms aren't winning this game, nor are they carrying this team down the stretch.

I will continue to call Damon "Over the Hill Johnny Damon" and Pedro "Twighlight Pedro" and Jason johnson "The Ultimate Loser jason Johnson" so deal with it. If every time I use one of those names, you confront me, you are the one engaging in "broken -record posts"

I hope Johson's last pitch in this game is his last for the Sox.
As long as they continue to send "The Ultimate Loser" to the mound they are not serious about getting into the playoff hunt. Rather than building on last night's game, we are on our way to losing ground in the playoff hunt. This is unbelievable to me. 8 games into the 9 against the worst teams in the league, we should be in first in the East.

Coco has been on fire in the lead off spot. Hopefully he can keep it up, he can be huge. Plus, I like putting Youks behind Manny for a little bit more protection.

Read the posts. You guys brought up this issue. I just gave a Yankee update and used the mock nickname, and like clockwork you hotheads engage me in the argument that you are tire of having. Jeeesh.:rolleyes:

It's funny how no one has a problem with me calling Jason Johnson "The Ultimate Loser." But saying "Over the Hill Johnny" or "Twighlight Pedro" and you go crazy.
