Is Salem still considered a terrible minor league facility???
  2. Larry Cook
With the emergence of Hamilton, we are starting to have a logjam of middle infielders for 2025 especially when you consider players in Worcester and Portland and on the DL

Jansen and Martin (when healthy) should be able to get us two top 25 prospects!
  4. Larry Cook
Now that Cooper had been voted off the island, who should be next to be voted off the island???

Anthony’s hot streak continues! Yorke has been getting balls to drop
  6. Larry Cook
I do not know if Mayer is ready for Worcester yet. Teel is ready, but it seems catcher is crowded in Worcester already.
  7. Larry Cook
Yorke with a grand slam today! Anthony with a tater today Coffey, Garcia and Gonzalez with taters for Greenville. Greenville had an epic comeback today Zanetello with a tater today

Mayer would have to sit against every lefty starter.

Did lugo get promoted today ??? I think Campbell did as well?????

I do not anticipate any extension for pivetta, therefore we should trade him at the deadline and get some value for him.

Come July, we have to find buyers for O’Neil, Jansen, pivetta and hopefully Martin! In the offseason, need someone to be stupid and bite on yoshida’s contract. I agree, teel needs to be promoted to Worcester now. So he can start in Boston in 2025. but we have a lot of catchers in Worcester now!

Considering all the injuries. This is actually a miracle. I am very pleased that we are a few pitchers and some returning injured bats away from being a really good team.

Nelly Taylor is someone I finally saw and he has a nice swing! I am not sure where his ceiling is though!
  14. Larry Cook
Mayer needs to go to Worcester! He is ready
  15. Larry Cook
Another factor is effort in the delivery! Pitchers with effort in their delivery seem to end up with UCL tears.

I have been impressed with Romy, despite the small sample size. His at bats look good so far.

How soon until Grissom is back in Worcester
  18. Larry Cook
Grissom looks terrible at the plate. Worcester is a great place to get his swing fixed
  19. Larry Cook
When does blies get promoted to Greenville??
  20. Larry Cook
There is only so much quality to go around. That is why hang’em chiaim’s lack of pitching early in the draft is bizarre! But we have middle infielders galore
  21. Larry Cook
    Abreau is cold again
  22. Larry Cook
As the number of breaking balls thrown increases, and the pitch clock stays, the number of pitcher injuries will only increase!!! Teams will have to have very very very deep pitching staffs
  23. Larry Cook
Is eovaldi the only guy to come back from 2 ucl injuries????
  24. Larry Cook
Worcester and Portland shut out today. Mayer with 2 hits and a walk
  25. Larry Cook
He played first base today and had 2 hits.
