Wong’s July numbers are really bad and his defense is worse! Jansen has to be an ever so slight improvement just because he hits fly balls and blocks really well

In my opinion, a lack of depth, numerous injuries and starters unable to get through 6 innings is driving this. This is an excellent reason we need to be sellers at the deadline. August and September are going to be uglier than a Steinbrenner family reunion! Houck and Crawford are approaching innings max! Big maple is small pine at best!!! But we unload Jansen, o’Neil, and pivetta and that should be 5 decent relievers that are somewhat close to ready and can add depth for 2025!

2025 is the time. Sell sell sell sell now, O’Neil, Jansen, and pivetta. Buy cost controlled relievers at the deadline for prospects outside the top 15! Sign/trade two starters (one or both left handed) and two right handed bats in the offseason.

I agree that we should get a premium for blies. The ball sounds great coming off his bat. But he is fooled by off speed and breaking balls. Once he figures it out, he could be special.

Wow! That’s a bold statement. But I think teel can hit major league pitching now too! I also think his defense is actually decent, not great though! however others think he needs more work on defense. I guess the games I watched, he had good defensive games and I missed the subpar defensive games! At the end of the day, bres-slow has not promoted teel yet, so there must be some reason!
