    Modern line-up philosophy🤮. Most important slot, 2nd most important slot🤮. Why do you think Cora is batting Raffy, and Bregman 2-3? Like I said before that Raffy is 2nd in the league, and Bregman is 4th in RBI. Right now in 2025. I could care less where Raffy hit better last year, or where he hit the most either. Once again Cora doesn’t agree with your tinkering. 🤭

    The 4th hole has really sucked, but Devers is 2nd in the league in RBI, and Bregman is 4th, so I wouldn’t move either one in the BO, and if Anthony got called up I definitely wouldn’t stick him in the 3rd spot to start with. I know you like to tinker, but Geez.🤭

    Whole different ballgame this year compared to last year. If a Story had been hurt this year to you think RAF Man would have been moved to SS, and yes the Red Sox most likely will keep your inferior Story at SS just like they did Bogey. You worry about D at SS, but Campbell wasn’t all that great at 2B, and who knows how good he would be a 1B just like Raffy. If I was going to worry about the D I would worry about all the positions, and not move a bunch of guys around out of position like Campbell moving to 1B. Moving Campbell around to me is just seeing if something by chance will stick.

    I don’t see Raf Man moving off CF, and I don’t see moving Story off SS.

    I know pretty much everyone disagrees, but I’m with Cora on this one, and Cora knows Raffy better than Anyone. I also agree with Raffy that Brez should learn his job, and get an actual 1B. The fact that the Red Sox are still using the likes of Toro, Romy, and Sogard, after going the the likes of Franchy, Arroyo, and Schwaber in past years is now All on Brez. Most on here thought no doubt, but not Cora, and it looks like it’s his say.

    NNN+N you are 100% wrong. I said more than once it didn’t bother me that Raffy kept playing 3B, but I also I didn’t believe the Red Sox would move him this soon even when you suggested Chapman. This was mostly Brez.

    The Red Sox already made things not only easier, but better by moving Raffy to DH. I’ve been consistently against Raffy moving to 1B from the beginning, and I believe Cora has too. Brez it seems most likely wants Raffy at 1B, but to make things easier doesn’t mean it will be better. I don’t think Raffy would be a good fit at 1B anyway. I know Mayer, and Anthony are burning a hole in everyone’s pocket they just have to get up to Boston, but at the moment it looks like Brez will have to find another way especially after JH rose to the occasion, and at least soothed Raffy’s feelings. Brez, and Cora’s feelings may be a different story.

    I don’t see anyone getting benched in the OF, so outside of an injury i don’t see Anthony coming up today, or tomorrow.

    As good as Crochet has pitched so far this year the Red Sox are only 6-5 in his 11 starts. Wasting some good pitching.

    Just stating the obvious Facts. What everyone does with those facts, and interprets the results is up to each individual, but bottom line Facts, are the facts. 0-15, and 4-50 with 16K’s.

    Bottom line 0-15, or 4-50 with 16K’s warrants someone posting that the young lads luster isn’t shining as brightly. I know in some other venues some have suggested he goes back down to Woo to work on things.

    You mentioned the last 4 games. Last 15 AB is pretty much the same thing. Kind of nit, and picking to me on a sensitive subject like a Suspect.

    #1 I’m not worried at all, and I wasn’t the one who mentioned the luster had worn off in the first place. You mentioned his last 15 AB, but you failed to mention his last 50, which covers a longer time period. Sounds a little Suspect.🤫

    I agree, but the luster has worn off, and he didn’t even have his first 50 AB, before the raves had started on him. It goes both ways. How he ends up will TBD.

    You mean when he hits the ball? 0-15 in his last 15 AB with 6 K’s, and 4-50 in May with 16K’s. The luster has worn off, which isn’t surprising.

    It’s just not 1B. The Red Sox used 11 2B last year, and how many SS have they tried the last three years?

    I’ve got a Novel idea. How about getting an actual 1B to play 1B, or better yet already having an actual 1B in the system who would be ready to go in situations like this, or last year, or 2023. Cora mentioned the other day all the 1B the Red Sox have tried at 1B since 2021 with Flintstone Schwarber, and then on to the likes of Franchy Strange Glove, and Arroyo. Casas is been brittle as they come, and yet no actual 1B backup was available to go. Romy, Toro, sogard, and neither of Campbell, or the much talked about Raffy are 1B, and now they are talking about learning the job on the fly with Campbell, or if posters on here had their way the much ragged on Raffy. Just poor roster construction to me in more ways than one. By all accounts the Red Sox tried to trade Casas this past offseason. Cora doesn’t want Raffy at 1B IMO, so what was the plan if that would have happened?

    Even if KC is moved to 1B I don’t think it’s a guarantee that Mayer gets called up. The Red Sox May go with DHam at 2B for a while, and see what happens. They may think DHam is a better option in the lineup than Toro, or Sogard. Bringing Mayer up to play 2B with Campbell at 1B having 2 rookies playing out of position might not be as good of an option as most on here think. One of the Woo’s broadcasters was voicing that opinion this morning, and he’s seen everyone mentioned play.
