    You did say Raffy was being insubordinate before. I had already answered you on this before also. I gave the same response, and you gave the same response back. If its Wrong to side with Cora, and Raffy on this than so be it, but I’ve taken the same stance since day 1. Like I said I’m not a Cora guy, but Cora knows more about baseball than Brez IMO.

    I’m 100% okay with Cora not wanting to put Raffy at 1B no matter what Brez wanted. I’ve said many times that Cora knows Raffy better than anyone especially Brez. You can call it insubordination by Cora, but Cora didn’t think it was a good baseball decision, and I agree 100% with that also, and always have thought Raffy at 1B was a bad idea. I have said many times that had Cora wanted Raffy at 1B I would have softened my stance, but he didn’t, and i didn’t also. I’m not a Cora guy, and I wasn’t a Devers Forevers guy either, but from the facts as I know them I back both 100% in this matter.

    Cora said in an interview that he had not talked to Devers about playing 1B, and wasn’t going to. That’s evidence. Shaugnessy said in an interview that Shaugnessy himself had actually talked to Cora about Raffy, and 1B, and Cora told Shaugnessy that he did not think Raffy would be good at 1B, and that’s why he didn’t approach Raffy about it. That’s also evidence. There is no evidence to the contrary that I know of.

    If I had a $ for every time I heard Devers Forevers I’d be rich, but the minute Devers doesn’t do something you think was a good idea even if it wasn’t you turn on him, and call him all kind of names. 🤮

    Wha, wha, wha😂😂😂. This is all old news, and has already been explained. Yes he did not get Devers to try on a 1B mitt, because he didn’t think it was a good idea. He didn’t ask Devers politely, or any other kind of way about playing 1B, because Cora didn’t think it was a good idea. Devers playing 1B was always a bad, and stupid idea IMO, and guess what? Cora felt the same way, so as I said before to me it was NO problem at all except to you, and others who had a brain fart, and thought it was a good idea. Cora knew Raffy better than you, or anyone else, and it was a only a baseball decision that you, and others are still trying to make it otherwise.

    I’m not putting words in anyone’s mouth. I heard Shaugnessy say he had actually talked with Cora about Raffy playing 1B, and Cora said he didn’t think Raffy would be a good 1B, and that’s why he never approached Raffy about playing 1B, and wasn’t going to. No other reason was given, which I know doesn’t fit so many’s narrative on here that it couldn’t have been Just A Baseball Decision, which it sounds like to me. I could say I don’t know how so many could have been so wrong, but I do know.

    To me Cora not asking Devers to play 1B was not an issue at all. Cora didn’t think Raffy would be a good 1B, and if Cora didn’t think Raffy would be a good 1B he didn’t even ask, and he definitely wouldn’t demand it like you, and others thought he should. Pretty major it was, but opposite than how you meant it. Shaugnessy actually talked to Cora on this, and Shaugnessy said he even argued with Cora about Raffy, but Cora gave a big NO on the idea of Raffy to 1B for the reasons I gave above just as I assumed all along.

    It makes a big difference when the SP goes 5-6-7 innings, because the SP is still the make it, or break it to the success.

    Gio was coming off a rough one, so hopefully Buehler will be as good as Gio was last night.

    NNN🤭. The fact that Anthony, and Mayer wasn’t on the roster to begin with is the Roster Construction issue.🙈 Masa not being on the roster i, because of roster construction. It’s not that hard to comprehend. Then again I guess it is.🤔

    There was NO Mess at all by not moving Raffy to 1B right away just like there isn’t a mess of having Raffy at 1B now. Just a narrative that many like to run with.

    My reply to MVP’s had nothing to do with prospect depth at all, so you just ran with something in the wrong direction. My point was, because of how the roster was constructed there was NO room for either Mayer, and or Anthony, and if not for the injuries they would still be a Woo, because of it. No one said anything to the sort of anything being terrible to cover injuries with prospect depth, but you. Another N added.🤭

    And I believe that Mayer, and Anthony might still be at Woo if not for injuries, because of all of this.

    They needed to trade an OF last offseason, and to me that would have been Duran selling high.

    In the real world I think Raffy is happy right where he is. I get many 1B are moved there from other positions, but just as easily as Raffy could become an average to better 1B he could just as easily be just as bad at 1B as he was at 3B. Once again he the best DH on the team.

    Childish, and immature behavior is calling Raffy all kinds of names, because so many others think they no what’s best for the team, and because Raffy, and Cora don’t agree on what’s best for the team, and is doing something different. To you Raffy moving to 1B is the only answer to get, or keep Anthony on the team. Once again Raffy is the BEST DH on the team. Raffy is the worst defender on the team. Being the DH after he was told to do so is NOT an immature, and selfish move like name calling is. Whine all day, and cry all night, but Raffy at DH is what’s best, and right.

    4 out of the top 5 in RBI leaders in MLB this this have mostly batted 2&3.
