  1. We can go with that. 5 runs were charged to him.
  2. I agree, but anything less than winning these next two games will not be a good feel going into NY. The Red Sox will miss Fried, so that’s good, and Crochet gets a crack at the Judge.
  3. Part fight, and part LA having one of the worst BP in baseball.
  4. Like I keep saying these days that it looks more like a ST lineup.
  5. I’m still rooting for Story to do well. He seems like a nice guy, and a good teammate. He hasn’t worked out liked they hoped, and he’s still got $50M+ left on his contract, so how this all plays out time will tell.
  6. What would SD have that Boston would want in return?
  7. I think Duran at present has lost some of his luster, and Abreu too for that matter, and Abreu is still a platoon player at this point. Part of a deal I can see, but by themselves I don’t know what kind of a return you can get.
  8. I was all for selling high on Duran this past offseason, but I got a lot of pushback on here. I still think it’s to early in the season, but if things don’t improve standings wise in June anything could happen in July on the trade front.
  9. Nope. Just stating past history.
  10. Crochet is already up to 82 innings, and on pace for 200+, which would be way past where he’s been before.
  11. Bregman being out gives Story a longer leash IMO, and especially he’s not the only one with slumber in his lumber at the moment either.
  12. If Story heats up great, but even if he doesn’t I don’t think he’s in any danger of losing his job, or going anywhere despite all the praise and support he gets on here. Cora is pretty loyal to his players, and what gets wished for, suggested, or predicted on here doesn’t usually correlate with what Cora does.
  13. You are like the groundhog who only comes out of his hole on a special occasion to predict the weather. You only come out from behind the curtain when the conditions are Favorable to post the standings. 🤭🤔
  14. Good, and much needed win today. Good also to see everyones favorite SS today not named Mayer have a good game.
  15. You guys are making this way to complicated yourselves. Lineup construction to me is the sole reason Anthony is still at Woo, and nothing to do with money.
  16. Batting 4th has been a black hole all year. The New Johnny Bench isn’t playing today, so Toro, Toro, Toro gets a tryout 4th today. No KC at 1B today, which was rumored, but still pretty much a ST lineup.
  17. I agree with this, and I still think the brain trust of the Red Sox Cora, and Brez may be in disagreement on how to work Anthony in the lineup FT.
  18. Brez the Prez explained all this. Said he didn’t want to bring Anthony up, and put the pressure on him in a losing situation. I guess it didn’t matter with Mayer, and KC.
  19. How about a wildcard standings update that you’ve have been slacking off on lately.🤫 2 teams. -6 games 1 team. - 5 games 3 teams. -4 games 2 teams. - 1 game All in the loss colum. Do all your stats tell you this? The eye test does.🤔
  20. How about a Div standings update that you’ve slacked off on lately.🤫 Yankees. -10 games Toronto-Tampa. -4 games Baltimore (last place) + 4 games all in the loss column. does all your stats tell you this? The eye test does.🤔
  21. You keep calling this a minor issue, but you have regurgitated on this for many post now. You don’t think if Cora thought Raffy had more chances batting 4th to get RBI that he wouldn’t move him there? Obviously you don’t, because to you Cora is not educated enough. You just don’t see it, because you are so hung up on general studies, and science that Cora is giving you the answer that Raffy is getting more chances at RBI batting 2nd, and that’s why he’s keeping him there, and that’s why I don’t have to answer one of your questions, because Cora has answered for me. That’s your REAL ANSWER like it, or not.MSNS 🤭🙈
  22. That’s where the eye test can come in just like with Crochet this year. The eye test is very telling on how Crochet has pitched this. Better than all the stats out there to your disposal.
  23. Like I said you keep thinking your disagreement is with me, but it’s really with Cora who is the one to continue to bat Raffy 2nd while IGNORING your General facts, and General data, and I guess you are also saying Cora is not educated enough to make a decision like you would on an educated guess.MSNS.
