So because the Red Sox had a better W-L when Vaz didn’t play the the reason was Vaz. I got it, and got 3-2 since the trade confirms it all. Sherlock you are not.
You really think what the Sox have done the last 5 games is because Vaz isn’t on the team anymore? Like I said if it is it’s to spite Bloom, and not , because Vaz isn’t on the team. I’m real sure the players in the Red Sox clubhouse would buy into your reasoning. NOT!
You think he will be a clutch hitter, and a leader in the clubhouse like Vaz was. Of course that’s not analytics so that don’t matter to some. Matters in the clubhouse though.
See this is a Bloom analogy. Get exited about What Might Happen in 2023, and beyond, and just take it for granted, because of Bloom, and the Bloom way that the team will actually be good.
I agree that DD is also responsible for the mess today, and I’m well aware of that. Price, and Sale’s contracts have hurt big time. JD, and Evol fell off a cliff fast.
That’s the first that I heard Covid is the reason this year that the actual attendance is down at Fenway, and my foolish assumption that it was the product on the field. I guess Covid is the reason that NESN ratings are down too. Nice to get some good education, and free at that. Thanks Max.
He would have if he would have done something in the last three years, so he wouldn’t have come to that fork in the road like not having all the existing expiring contracts, or Raffy, and Bogey twisting in the wind.
I agree, but I guess my way of thinking is that a team with a $200M+ payroll should never be in any kind of rebuild mode unless things aren’t run right, and bad decisions are made. Just an opinion.
I have heard from more than one source that Cora, and Bloom have butted heads this year. Would you be happy with Bloom if you were Cora with what Bloom has given you to work with?
