  1. Cora is now JH’s right hand man, and is in charge enough to get Bloom fired.😀
  2. Especially not the way things are now. Was Cora offered the job when he met with Tom, and JH? Why else would he tell them he wasn’t ready? Now Sam says they are going to do this big extensive search. Very suspect to me, or very curious as the Globe said.
  3. It won’t be a make believe person, but will it be someone who is really in charge?
  4. I think a clean housecleaning should be in order with a real person in charge who can pick all their own staff including the manager.
  5. Red Sox SS were 27 in OPS this past year for you OPS people. Story didn’t help much there. Bogey didn’t have a great season either, but he was 7th in OPS.
  6. I agree, and someone else will be named to dot the I, and cross the t’s.
  7. Kennedy was asked about that more than once at the year end press conference, and Kennedy lined of hemmed, and hawed at the answer.
  8. Along with Bush wearing out a path to the mound Tek wrote volumes in his notebook. I didn’t see that either one helped.
  9. Cora’s in charge now, so I don’t think he’ll fire himself.
  10. Well said. To me the older you get the less patience you have.
  11. Cora cleaning house. First Bloom, and now the coaches.
  12. The foundation built was built by DD, and Bloom.
  13. There is plenty of blame to go around from Henry on down to the players.
  14. The guy ran a marathon to the mound this year. He just couldn’t turn Bear Claw around.
  15. Raffy was the last man standing, and luckily for the Red Sox Boris is not Raffy’s agent, or Raffy would be a FA today, and resigning with the Red Sox would most likely still be up for grabs.
  16. I guess Mookie didn’t want any part of the AWESOME speech.
  17. Most likely trade him. The word out there was DD had a trade worked out with the Dodgers for Mookie during the 2019 season, but backed out of it.
  18. Well said, and agree 100%.👍👍👍
  19. Notre Dame for some reason has had trouble developing QB lately, and has had to get a transfer 2 out of the last 3 years. Buchner wasn’t that good either.
  20. Everyone knows he was 20 years old. You guys all seemed so perplexed that he was struggling in AA, and I was not. He was struggling, and that’s a fact, and to me it’s no big deal. He’s not coming to Boston anytime soon.
  21. I don’t look at it as taking a step back. I also didn’t expect him to come up to AA, and dominate, so to me he’s just struggling.
  22. #1 I didn’t say Mayer took a step back. I just said he was struggling in Portland. I don’t know if that’s a step back, or he’s just stuck where he is at the moment Going to AA is probably the biggest jump you make. Who’s Duran?🤭
  23. And once again these guys were well worth trading for what the got traded for. Good job by DD. Bad job by DD for extending Sale.
  24. Mayer was struggling In Portland before he got hurt.
  25. Good post, and better than the Sox fans.
