Where did Bloom’s analytical ways get you? Where did DD get you? Take out DD’s bad contracts to Price, and Frail.

Seems like the hang ups of the decliners are the turnovers of the job itself the past 10 yrs, or so, and the infrastructure of the front office now. Both understandable.

Falvey, Fuld, and Brandon Gomes are three more names who declined to interview for the Red Sox.

What a great site in Philly tonight. A packed raucous crowd while Fenway sits empty. At the very least another trip for Philly to the NLCS while the Red Sox sit in a basement, and watch, and hope that someday they will be in the postseason again. It’s only been two years, but it seems a lot longer than that thanks to JH, and Gloom, and Doom Bloom.

Casas was my guy, Kike was my guy, Duran was my guy, and last but not least Bloom was my guy.

I didn’t want Casas benched. I wanted him back In Worcester. My guy should have been in green, but it was funny watching you pounce, and still do.

Asking a serious question of when was the last time any of your BTV suggested trades actually happened was not complaining. Just curious.

Well JH did get rid of DD after 4 winning seasons, and one year removed from a WS title. You don’t think other perspective candidates wouldn’t notice that?

I’ll admit I haven’t paid much attention to what’s going on in Miami outside of them having a winning team this year, and making the postseason.

And how many of those suggested trades do you think would have happened?

He’s a SS, and only played 2B, because of Bogey. He’s an excellent SS, so I don’t get what all the intrigue is about moving him to 2B. He played a great short RF in 2022, but he can’t do that anymore. His range is more useful at SS.

At least I’m right once in awhile. Bloom being a bad hire, Kike being a bad resigning, Sale being a bad resigning, and calling for Jansen a year before they actually signed him. Like I said it wasn’t that hard.

When is the last time any of your BTV accepted trades for the Red Sox actually happened?

I would be more concerned how nobody else saw Bloom as a bad hire in the beginning , and even more so after 4 years of being in Boston. It really wasn’t that hard.🙈

Some turned down the Red Sox last time, and some have turned the Red Sox down this time. Seems like the Marlins definitely made a better hire than their Red Sox with their last hire, so I guess we’ll have to wait, and see who makes the better hire this time.
