I don’t think it’s a bad idea to get players who can actually field. The Red Sox at times have looked like Little Leaguers playing D the last two years, but the cost has to work, which would be to much for Chapman, and you have to be able to hit some, which JBJ didn’t do again after he left Boston.

You can stick to your assessment all you want, but it’s 100% wrong. I’ve told you before too that I’m not a cheerleader, and wave the Pom Poms either. To me it’s gotten harder to watch the Red Sox from what I consider not as good talent throughout MLB as there used to be, a bad product on the field, and listening to the YUCKERS in the NESN booth.By the way I would have no problem admitting I stopped watching the Red Sox, because they were winning as far fetched as that would be, and that would be far fetched. I wouldn’t waste my time to sit there after the things I’ve mentioned just to watch the Red Sox lose. Only you would come up with that explanation. Sherlock you’re not.

I agree Chapman would look good at 3B, and with Story at SS would provide great D on the L side of the infield, but since the Red Sox already have a 3B, and a 1B, which I don’t see moving to DH anytime soon I think of Chapman coming to the Red Sox as slim, and none.

I haven’t changed my reason it was always I stopped for a while for what I considered was a watered down product. You took it to a whole new level that was wrong that it was, because the Red Sox were winning, which is about as far out as you can get. Do you think I’m the first Red Sox fan who stopped watching the past two years?

If I remember right you went on, and on for 2 days over Monty when you said Sean McAdams didn’t know what he was talking about, because he didn’t rank Monty as high as you do.👍

So it’s alright to ridicule as long as it’s not about someone getting excited about their favorite team. Wow! I’ve heard about the eye test, and old time stats many times over, and I don’t think it happened on the first day here. I was called a hater early on here though just, because I said i wouldn’t have hired Cora back for his cheating. I didn’t think I needed any more of a comeback to the Catholic example.

I hang with Bozos? Wow!🙈. I’ve already admitted I complained about Bloom from day 1 until his final day So what? There was plenty to complain about, and of course I wasn’t a Bloom guy like yourself, so complaining was all there was to do, and I really don’t care if you call it on a extreme scale, or anything else you want to call it. I’ll stop with the others can assure comments when you get something right, and I haven’t seen that happen starting with you saying I hated Cora. As for the Bozos I know I converse with one on here, and yes the people of PF have voted, and confirmed it. Unanimous decision too.

I said I shouted from the time Bloom was hired to the day he was fired. If you want to call that pouting go for it, but I, and others can assure you I wasn’t pouting.

It all started with me saying I couldn’t understand all the long faces, and pouting, and shouting going on, because the Red Sox hadn’t met so many fan’s expectations on here up to this point with the season not starting until March 28.

Looking good in July was nothing, but a mirage to me. Yes many fans bought in, and all it brought them was facing the reality later on. Fine if that’s how you like things, but I just waited for the Red Sox to come back down to earth, so there was no lost hope to deal with. I’ve already admitted I’m not a Red Sox super fan, and put them on the back burner when anything else is going on, so I’ll try to live with being called a bad fan. It certainly won’t hurt to much.

Are you guys for real? Really? Claiming foul over a perception of ridicule like I haven’t gotten that treatment many times on here like the eye test, and BA, and old time stats just to name two. Of course you wouldn’t call that ridicule since you’re the one doing it. All I’m saying is get something right on here once in a while when doing a prediction, expectation, or speculation, or being a BTV suggested trade. Really using Moon as an example of taunting Catholics is way, way, way over the top. I can’t wait to show the gang at PF this tomorrow.

Like you don’t, or haven’t ridiculed anyone on here. Once again be realistic. There was nothing, or no point to me last season that said the Red Sox would win 87 games, but I guess what’s realistic to me is different than what realistic to you. Like I said I’m not one who is whining,and crying this offseason, and all down in the dumps like many seem to be.

Talk about a sham. You said you couldn’t wait to play the Jays, and Yankees again not to pass them, but to beat up on them again like they were doing earlier in the season. Of course that was when you were on your 87 win prediction kick. Whoops! Wrong again! 87 wins to you is not a prediction just like you saying you weren’t a Bloom guy. Wrong, and wrong again.

20 people at PF can verify what I did, meant, and said concerning not watching BB. On the other hand you’ve been pretty much wrong from early on when you said I hated Cora, and you’ve just kept being wrong ever since.
