As Kimmi said, JBJr has -0- luck. But those 3 do often have to try and hit with 0-2 counts. Nunez settles it by just waving at anything for strike 3

Make some pre-calls on Kimbrel : I'd say 2 K's for outs, a 2 out hit, a walk and a final fly ball which JBjr picks off just before the CF wall.

trout has missed the last 6 games with a bad wrist, took a cortisone shot yesterday, no swinging a bat for two more. The Angels are toast and now distracted with runors about Scocsia FINALLY retiring. Trout will become a non-factor in September. Betts and JDM will go down to the wire.

So was that a good appearance by Workman ? He held the line despite all the trouble. Sandy's awareness and quickness helped him out of his own jam. The offense really needs to go to work and winn this one now.

Despite all his walks and generally weak pitching, if the offense had scored 5 by now, it would at least look better on Drew's resume to double his win total.
