The old saying, every team wins 60 and loses 60, but it's what you do in the other 42 games that separates winners from losers. This game so far is just one of 60 L's if it doesn't change
True and with Rask playing out of his mind, that may win. The only time, however, that I have seen more swings and misses than the Bruins trying to clear the zone is when certian red Sox are at the plate
Bradley sees 6 pitches , swing and miss on the 6th, out of the zone. Of the 6 pitches, only one was a true strike. But enough about JBjr that hasn't already been said.
Certainly agree with that sentiment. But DD kept him around knowing he was troubling with the knee physically and his overall situation as a shitbird. The team went into this year with no real pitching help. Brian Johnson is not the answer either.
Any lineup that features 3 consecutive sub .200 hitters is going to slow roll. Nunez can break through with one more hit, but that lineup is close to playing 9 vs 6.
Doesn't take a 30 year MLB scout and talent evaluator to see that JDM, while still contributing daily and playing the field, is slumping at best or hitting with about 75% power if his back is tight
