Price shows a great quality for any pitcher. You make a mistake, a blind hit, a sloppy play in the field behind you, still come back and get the K you need to shut it off. Not all the Sox pitchers, including Sale can do that every time needed.

It's an eyeball stat but when a reliever gets past 20 pitches in an inning, their effectiveness goes downhill fast. Taylor is at 33 now and getting scored on heavily
You are correct on Shawaryn numbers so far. The real point is the Sox were probably not counting on him by early June this year. Maybe he can be a contributor. Taylor will be in Pawtucket before the second game starts.
