Hint: it's not Robles. Just waiting for the stat crew to verify my observation The real intent of the thought wasn't so much a new stat category, but rather that can a reliever insure his team's win or not. The only stat that seems to matter at year end are team W-L records.

There is a stat for relievers which should outweigh all others : How many times did a relief pitcher record the final out of a game with his team still in the lead. Advanced stat: How many times did the reliever's team not win the game in which he faced the last batter of the opponent. Combine the two for a plus/minus number.

For all the greatness of winning these first three, keep in mind the Sox have only scored 8 runs total in 3 1/3 gamed. Only the Angels are worse. The offense is asleep again
