    If Sale pitched his last rehab game last Saturday, why did hold him back until this Saturday ? Will he now pitch once a week for 5 innings or take the mound every 5th day and go 7+ ?

    I'm glad for him, the hits were not really the result of exceptional swings, more fluky but those make up for some of the hard shots that got gobbled up. The real key is the two walks which is what he needs to focus on----stop chasing way out of zone trash. Take the walk Bobby

    Good beginning for Devers who looks alive and well with the bat in hand. Now if we shut them out for 21 more outs , it's a win

    9 games over the next week+ to turn around the "death Spiral" and reclaim the high ground in the AL East. Need a 6-3 week+ to get on track. One question , by holding Sale until next Saturday, a full week after his last rehab start, the Sox will insure that he only gets 1 start in this critical stretch. No idea how he will do when facing real hitters, but I'd rather see 2 starts over these 9 games than 1.
