Nice dribbler from the $300 million man

I hate losing to the little guys who can do things our MiLB graduates can't seem to execute.

And to think JDM still has another 150+- plate appearances this year. Truly sad outcome. Worse, JD clearly lent his videos to Hosmer.

The pitching has been lights out. Now someone needs to put a ball over the wall or string 4 hits together so 1 can score

And what was that trick play ??

Chapman, jackass that he is, neutralizes our hottest hitter with his lack of control. Something needs to happen.

I'm all over the under. He does not pull the ball, so unless he gets lucky in Yankee stadium, he is unlikely to get 5 more

Another Bucky F Dent in pinstripes

it is not "quitting" to recognize that for multiple reasons , you have no chance to do any postseason damage . Therefore , assess the situation, knowing that you have several players about to expire who you will not resign and try to get some value in return. There is still a chance they may develop or become another trading chip. I'm convinced we kept JDM, EO and the injured Kike because Bloom wanted instant MLB or AAA talent in return, plus pay up the rest of the salary. Well, now he will pay the salaries anyway, and get nothing in return . If he throws a QO out there , he will be making the budget situation worse in return for the remote possibility of a better draft choice.

i questioned it immediately but have seen no explanation. Maybe there is one out there. Ask McGuire

If i were Bogey, Devers or any other Red Sox FA they wanted to resign, my number would be $1 more than what Chris Sale is getting for his last 2 years on the basis that I am playing and he is not. That excludes Kike.

You da man, an actual win streak, Splendid
  16. vegasbob
Eovaldi kept them close and the BP held the Yankees, JDM comes through and Pham wins it. Just like old times.

WTF was that ????? Who missed the call or is McGuire an idiot setting up the DP

Great comeback for Whit. Powerball, exposing more Yankee weakness. They may win the AL East by 10, but that will be it for 2022

f*** Hosmer, all we needed was a flyball
  21. vegasbob
Not trolling you, but your guys are in Kevin Millar trouble if you lose this one

JD's contract is now at 5 years $110 million, lol. Big time for a big hit. Got to pound that Yankee BP.
  23. vegasbob
Trevino is slightly better than Gary Sanchez at catcher
  24. vegasbob
Will this be DP-JD or K-JD or better yet game winner-JDM !?
  25. vegasbob
I know Devers is sacrosanct on this site but maybe he could do something useful occasionally
