2-2 has to be considered acceptable in this 4 game matchup. 3-1 in favor of the Sox would be a huge win. OTOH. a 4 game sweep by Boston should be seriously considered. -
Better overall to keep Trevor on the 40, not 26, through season and see where 2027 CBA winds up. Arias will not win you a championship this year

Save Arias for whenever 2027 does play (Maybe July). Let him terrorize pitchers in AAA instead of dirt lots Face it---this Sox version is not a championship team. It has become gritty and interesting which the April-May- early June version was not The Sox do NOT have the pitching and consistent hitting to win 4 straight series against +.500 teams. Can they win one or even two short series? Yes. But they are 2 jalapenos short of a burrito .
