  1. J.D. Martinez is adamant the Red Sox will be cleared of any wrong doing for 2018 season. If that turns out to be true, a lot of people on this board will be eating a lot of crow.
  2. Per @Brendan Clancy: Carlos Beltran through the years: Year Employer Status 2014 Yankees Great Guy 2015 Yankees Great Guy 2016 Yankees Great Guy 2017 Astros CHEATER 2018 Yankees Great Guy LOL!
  3. You have NO clue what the Yankees did or didn't do! You have No clue what the Red Sox did or didn't do. Stop talking out of your A**!
  4. Ever heard of Sean Payton?
  5. I sure hope its true!!!
  6. MLB not finding much in investigation of 2018 Red Sox per Lou Merloni. Keep your fingers crossed.
  7. Red Sox lost in the playoffs in 2017 to the Astros. Wow. They got cheated out of a World Series! Now I know how Skankee fans feel. If only the Astros hadn't stole signs in 2017 the Red Sox would have won the World Series.
  8. Mike Fiers got a World Series ring with the Astros, then ratted them out. What a hypocrite. He should give back his ring and his world series share if he thought it was so bad. The players ratting out the Red Sox should do the same.
  9. Keep your head in the sand about the Skankees. Beltran played for them 2014-16. Do you think he magically realized he could steal signs in 2017? I'd rather have a tainted World Series Championship than NO World Series Championship. It doesn't matter to me at all. I watched the games. I felt the joy (especially when the Sox crushed the Skankees). This doesn't hurt at all. Everybody cheats or tries. Some get singled out and punished to make an example. They won't have to put an asterisk besides anything for the Skankees in 2017 or 2018 because they didn't win anything. They may have to put asterisks by any championships they won with Andy Pettitte and Roger Clemens, among others.
  10. Totally agree.
  11. There are a lot of other teams/GMs and managers nervous now because if you think the Astros and the Red Sox were the only teams in MLB stealing signs electronically I have some ocean front property in Tennessee for sale.
  12. Just being the troll you are on a Red Sox board!
  13. Looks like Cora is going to get hammered. Who will succeed him as manager?
  14. Where is the proof the Sox did anything other than a statement from a disgruntled ex-player or employee? That proves nothing. Fake news!
  15. Whats pathetic is you or anyone else thinking only two teams are stealing or trying to steal signs. Keep those blinders on!
  16. If you think the Yankees weren't doing the same things you are in la la land.
  17. I hope Bloom is reading this so he knows what to do.
  18. It makes me laugh when someone says, "we" when referring to the team they follow. Like they are on the team. LOL! Get a life. You are not on the team! Sounds like you are 5 years old.
  19. I guess they will just sit around and look at all those World Series Championship trophies since 2004. 4-1.
  20. Luckily, 2004, 2007, 2013 and 2018 have soothed all those old wounds. All is good in Sox Nation.
  21. I was screaming at the TV for him to take him out. That was not 1999 Pedro.
  22. Pedro was clearly tiring and Timlin had been very good. Theo obviously thought he should have been taken out or else the manager would have been back in 2004.
  23. Way too early to say that. Still plenty of time to make trades and pick up guys. Lots of FAs still out there. Sox brought in JDM in February 26th of 2018.
  24. 1967 was such an exciting year by a team no one thought would win. Losing in Game 7 of WS was tough but it was still a great season. 1975 was tough because the Sox were so close to winning. Game 6 was epic and almost seamed like a championship. The Reds were a great team so taking them to 7 games was a great accomplishment. 1978 was gut wrenching because the Sox blew a 14 game lead. But, they came back in the last week to tie and then lost on a fluke homer by you know who off of double agent Mike Torrez. 1986 was the worst at the time because the Sox had a 2 run lead, with 2 outs and 2 strikes, three times and couldn't close it out. They were the better team that didn't win. 2003 was bad because "he who can't be named" refused to take out Pedro and cost the Sox a WS championship. The only saving grace to that season was the Yankees choking to the Marlins. LOL! 2004 was heaven, and beating the Yankees at Yankee stadium was the cherry on top. 2007 was ok but almost expected as the Sox rolled through everyone. 2011 was frustrating but I never liked Gonzalez, Crawford, Lackey, Beckett so it wasn't that hard to take. 2013 was totally unexpected but very satisfying for Sox fans. 2018 was watching a team dominate everyone all year. It was in the bag the whole way. Again, beating the Yankees on their field was icing on the cake. Good things are coming for Sox fans.
