Getting 2 solid players in Kike and Renfroe for $10M really helped.

Our PR was bit skewed by non performing money. Price, Pedey and Sale added up to $55M. In a way our PR was not bloated. Just think what we could have done with $30M.

Just remember that we shouldn't make decision on Richards' net $8.5M club option on his last four outings. Instead lets make sure we look at what he did 20 innings prior to that.

Bloom was brilliant with Richards contract. He built in an escape hatch just in case it didn't work out. I don't give a f*** about his last three innings. I care about what he was signed to do for the Sox, to start. You talk about SMALL SAMPLE SIZE. Now you and your kind wants Bloom to spend $10M based on 20.2 IP.? What is wrong with you people. Do you think Bloom spent all these years in Rays organization to pick up a club option based on some f***ING 20.2 IP sample and not the entirety of his performance? Explain to me how Richards is worth $10M based on what he did in 2021. I anxiously wait.

Not sure if you can get Devers for $25M.....it's only two years away. If defense is what we're looking for then you trade Devers for young arms, one major league ready and another on the way.

I'm only attributing Richards to you and you have a valid point. I think I agree with you on majority of issues.

Soooo, so far we've had 3 hits against the pushover Orioles. These guys run up scores when things go their way......when things get tight, butt cheeks close. We think we need to pay $30M to Devers. We think we need to give Xander a raise on his current $20M salary. We think we should give $8M starting pitcher a $18M contract even though he's having a mediocre year. Oh don't forget, his peripherals look better than reality. We think we should pick up the $10M option on a starting pitcher that failed. We think he can be a pretty good reliever. All because we don't want to pay the $1.5M option fee we'll be stuck with...........Moon you sound like my ex-wife. Spend $10M so we don't lose $1.5M. Rays just laugh, laugh and laugh at us. According to many here, we need to spend $240M to be competitive. Rays just laugh, laugh, laugh.

I'm not bashing the Sox but IT'S GETTING TIRESOME TO HERE MOON AND OTHERS CLAIM WE WERE NOT EXPECTED TO DO WELL AFTER EVERY LOSS. This is not a middle school team. You think Schwarber/Sale are okay with the excuse "well we didn't expect you to win anyway?" Do you think any player is happy to know that they were wasting one year of their careers?
