Not on my devices. My choices are Report, Share and Edit. No choice for delete. This is true for me with both my iphone and laptop across multiple search engines (Chrome, Safari, Bing, ...) The only way Ive found to "delete" a post is to edit it and wipe out what was posted. I usually type in deleted to show what I did.

No. The 2 off of Gray were earned, the 2 off of Olds were unearned. To determine earned or unearned, the scorer goes back and reconstructs the inning as if the error(s) never happened. There are certain rules the scorer has to abide by, such as he cannot assume a double play nor can he assume a runner trying to steal would have been out. In the 1st and 2nd, neither throwing error would have resulted in an out by rule, and subsequent base hits would have scored the runners even if the errors had not happened. Therefore, the runs are earned. In the 8th, Sogard's error should have been the second out and the inning should have ended on Mack's ground out; neither run would have scored thus the runs are unearned,

The Marlins are a decent team (4 1/2 out of the final NL wildcard) 2 out of 3 is a totally acceptable result.

Most bases are stolen on the pitcher. Gray has a long delivery as does Moran. Wong really hasn’t had much of a shot tonight. The Marlins are second in the majors in steals; this is not unusual for them.

Neither Sogard s nor Wong’s throws were that bad. The odds of two throws hitting a runners helmet are pretty slim, and Lopez couldn’t have rolled the ball to a better spot to allow himself to score.

Do the Astros and/or Rangers have some sort of territorial rights for San Antonio and/or Austin? If so, there would be massive compensation due those franchises should MLB want to expand there. I know the Orioles and Nationals had a long litigation once the Nats relocated (though the distance between Baltimore and Washington is far less than the Texas cities). I’d be more concerned about the lack of a natural fan base. Fans who recently moved to Texas probably stay fans of other teams and long time residents aren’t going to switch from the Astros or Rangers. Of course, at this point, that would be a likely problem with any city.

Alcantara looks absolutely filthy tonight. Best bet might be hoping Clyde McCullogh overmanages and brings in his bullpen.

Alcantara with some nasty stuff after he got in trouble; showed why he won a Cy Young. Rafaela should not be permitted to challenge until two outs in the 9th inning of a game.

Marlins are a decent team, and really good at home. You don’t need to be gifting them runs. Tonight’s pitching matchup doesn’t favor the Sox, but you want to make them earn it.

I doubt it due to having to dive to just stop the ball. He made the right play trying for the force at home; his throw was a little off.

The OP (DejaDoh) said the 1B should have tried a reverse force DP, which would have required a tag at second. No way was there time for that before White would have scored.

Not to mention the 1B had to dive for the ball. A good throw gets White but that’s it. Rafaela is fast and wasn’t being held on; there’s no way the fielder gets up, steps on first and then gets the throw to second in time for a tag before White scores. He would have barely gotten Eli at the plate with a good throw (though a 1-2-3 DP may have been possible).
