I call it “realism”.

I do not think this series is going to go well for the FLOPS. We have not played the Jays well this season at all-we are 3-7 against them. The problem is that they can actually hit a baseball and score runs. Their OPS is 2nd in the AL; we are 4th-but that is deceiving because the FLOPS have tailed off significantly. The only way we will win a game is if our pitching is stellar. Otherwise we will get swept.

According to Merloni they have a 98% chance of making the playoffs. Per fangraphs. Im not buying it. I’d say it’s closer to 25%. I think they’ll win maybe one game in Toronto and then Detroit will finish them off.
