Should Jackie Bradley Jr be traded?

My plan would be to see where we can improve our offensive performance. If, as expected, Bradley is one of the worst hitting guys in the lineup I would be looking for an OF who can improve the chances of winning through offensive contribution while still playing acceptable defense. How many "black holes" are acceptable in the lineup?
