  1. Game over. Nava really put this one out of reach. Before his two out two run single it was real iffy. Go Mets.
  2. You are probably right, but I hope they are looking into it anyway.
  3. Orioles lose. Yankees up a run in the ninth.
  4. Still respectable numbers. So why not trade high, if we can find a GM who we can fool about Nava, and get a player or prospect better than that. Nava is unlikely to crack our starting OF if everyone is healthy.
  5. He is warming up. Why not let Padilla finish this?
  6. Padilla RACES to first base to eek out Hayward.
  7. Might piss people off, but I think we ought to explore trading him.
  8. What do you think his ceiling numbers are then? I agree: he has never played this well. Perhaps he should be traded if we can get a quality ML pitcher for him. Like people have said here, Crawford is going to replace him eventually.
  9. I would rather have Morales in the rotation than DiceK.
  10. What do you think Nava's ceiling is? He has had a great run here. Do you think he can keep it up?
  11. Aviles K's in a ball in the dirt. Thanks Mike.
  12. Just before he began starting he was being stretched out in relief..if you recall
  13. You gotta get their PCs up gradually, right? I left briefly at the beginning of the inning. Hopefully Morales got to start the seventh. I think that was the right move: allow him one baserunner. His PC was still under 100. Chances are that Cooke is going to need bullpen help tomorrow too...lots of it.
  14. Yup. He was admiring his hit. Not hustling.
  15. Turnabout is fair play. Same thing happened with Ortiz and Pedroia
  16. Looks like six runs are not going to be enough. This is becoming another pathetic pitching performance. Bellhorn was right: six runs should win the game.
  17. Sure coulda used those guys we stranded at second and third with no one out now.
  18. Pedroia should be running here. They aren't even looking at him
  19. What's pessimistic? We are still in control of this game. Call it greed instead. And bad baseball.
  20. Try this link to watch the game, courtesy of Station13: http://www.vipbox.tv/watch/57571/1/m...am-online.html
  21. Eight is better. We had runners on second and third with no one out and failed to score either runner. Thats bad baseball.
  22. If we lose this game, that was the moment we lost it.
  23. Come on guys..runners on second and third and we can't score?
