    I sat right out there in left field many times and watched Greenwell back in the day. Thought he was adequate not great but I loved how he played the game. If Hanley stays out of the left field wall, I would take him over Manny.

    Hanley has been very enjoyable to watch. I don't know which has entertained me more - his explosive bat or his unique style of outfield. I did not like the signing initially, now of course I do. The only real place for him right now is in the outfield. He is making most of the plays but the transition looks pretty tough from here.

    already - I can't keep track of what the hell they are doing. Barnes up - Barnes down - Wright up - Wright down - JBJ up ??? Better pitchers are pitching for Pawtucket and Brent deserves a shot. I have no clue as to the significance of any of their moves to date. That would include Farrell's decision to leave the last of the goddam Mohicans in there just long enough to piss another game away.
