I think the basic principle is you don't pinch-hit for them unless you're behind, or if you're tied or up one and the bases are loaded, that type of thing - strictly situational.
Price doesn't have to say a word about it publicly. The fact that Leon is catching him every time out tells you everything you need to know - or it should.
Absolutely. It's usually an intricate game being played between the pitcher/catcher and the hitter. It's not too often you see a pitcher just trying to throw it past the hitter anymore.
