    You can't just extrapolate a single start into a statistical prediction, or an honest assessment of someone's pitching skills. Stuff like this is why your arguments are terrible, and it's almost impossible to have an enjoyable baseball argument with you. It's not the language barrier here either. This is an issue where you agreeing with Ted is actually the right call.

    Command is literally the problem. If every high velocity pitcher could just "work on his command, no problem" we wouldn't have all those guys with great stuff but crappy command flaming out.

    Porcello has reliever stuff? Seriously? The one guy who has the velocity and lack of secondary stuff/stamina/consistency is Joe Kelly. On a day when he clearly had location issues, Porcello got through 6 IP. Kelly blew up in 4 yesterday, and taxed the BP significantly.

    The Blue Jays hit 232 homeruns, led the league (by a laughable margin) with 891 runs scored, and absolutely demolished pitchers at home to the tune of 123 HR's, and that was with Tulo for only about half the season. Keeping that lineup to four runs over 6 IP is, at worst, respectable.

    Holy crap, Madison Bumgarner owns Clayton Kershaw hard. Not only has he beat him in head to head matchups multiple times, he has also homered twice off of him.
