As I said, he has to go because the plan was a mistake since day one as I said in offseason. Plus 3/4 years have been horrendous. It's pretty obvious where the problem is. Many opinions and polls confirm this, even talksox'. Btw not sure why people get upset by saying this.

Couple of years ago, I was all-in in bringing Friedman, instead we put a puppet. This team needs a new direction and strategy. That should be the top priority for this team next offseason which has already started for us.. -

I wouldn't touch our core players this year. ERod, XB, Betts, Blake, Holt (LOL!) and probably HR and Pedroia as well would be untouchables... Other than them, trade whoever you want.

I would wait until next off season and sign a couple of good FAs. I do not see a reason at this point to give up our best young talent.

As I said, most of the people here and out there agree that this is on BC and the FO, and that my friend is attached to the strategy/plan and hence to the excution and results.

Yup, they wanted to build a rotation around Lester but they shitted the bed on that. Instead they signed all this crap. The "strategy" was dead wrong from day one as some of us here and a lot more out there predicted.
