    What a dumb thing to do. With big money contracts you're paying for the player's prime years with the later years. They only paid 33 million for the first two years, got the best out of him, and could have dumped his 4/100 contract for ages 34-38 onto the Dodgers. If the Dodgers were dumb enough, they might have gotten a prospect or two out of the deal. What a poor decision.

    From 2008-2011, I would wear my lucky Lester jersey every single Lester start. And for those years, he was nearly an ace. Chicken and beer gate comes along, and I may or may not have stopped the tradition. I think its time to pull it back out for this game.
